Corporation Bank — transaction is failed but payment is deducted my account but still payment not recd.

Solkar hai. mera account no.[protected] aur branch Nerul {EAST} hai. maine 17 may 2019 ko [protected] account me corpease se imps se 6000 rs. transfer kiya lekin payment transaction faild ho gaya.but mere account se payment deduct ho gaye.maine corpease se complant raise kiya . RRN NO.[protected]. Transaction Time-8.34pm .Reffrence no.[protected]. aur maine nerul branch me bhi complaint kiya .unone bataya payment revers ho jayega.but till date we have not recd my payment . please look into this matter and refund my payment.
