We have booked for 3 Revlon Touch & Glow Advanced Fairness Cream (75g) in Snapittoday and paid the amount of Rs 570 on 14-Apr-2013. The delivery didn't happen for more than a week so when i called the helpdesk the reply was that there was some problem with the courier and they are re-sending. The details of the courier etc were not shared. Even after two weeks the delivery didn't happen and during one of the call the helpdesk representative confirmed that they are out of stock and they don't have the product and recommended a refund of money.
Problem 1 : Money should not have been accepted if they are out of stock.
Not that there no time frame by when i can get these products, I have asked for a refund by mail on 26-Apr-2013. the same day I got a confirmation that the order was cancelled and the refund will happen in 5 - 6 working days.( Have E-mail for the same).
There was not refund credited to my account for more than a week. Then when i called helpdesk multiple times. They said it was processed and they send a confirmation and reference number generated by their system which states Refund processed on 07-May-2013 and gave me a reference number as well. But refund didn't happen in my bank account. When i called then again they asked me to confirm with my bank.
I raised a complaint with my bank and gave them the transaction details and the reference number which was provided. Bank confirmed that there was no such refund.
Problem 2: My money is also not refunded and product is also not delivered to me.

Actually its a fake fraud cheating company..there is no website or office exist with that name on this earth. I have placed an order 15dayss back yet i havent got any reply from snapittoday, they dint picked up my call neither sent a single reply to my 10's of mails...soon after the payment they gave a fake bluedart waybill no which is not able to trackable till today..i have contacted snapittoday with my brothers mobile. (they didnt picked my call which is registerd with that site ) by gods grace they picked it up just for once and when i asked about fake bluedart way bill no.they lied again that bluedart courier site is not working properly, but i have also placed another order is snapdeal.com...which is also displaced my parcel through bluedart, i could able to track the snapdeal tracking number through bluedart but not the snapittoday tracking number. how come its possible ? that means bluedart site is working and the tracking no given by snapittoday is a fake one..i felt something wrong and searched for their adress in net, and came to know that its near to bda complex bangalore where my bro is working. then immideatly i have forwarded that adress to him and asked to check this issue in person at snapittoday office, he went to there and found that its a fake adress nobody is there indeed ...finally realising now that i have been cheated by snapittoday...its not about the money i have lost...its about the trust we keep on online shopping sites...its not snap it today...its a snatch it today ..bloody fakers cheater ...iam gonna file a law suite in consumer forum on this site soonly ...i have all the proofs regarding placing the order and money transaction..beware of this site guys...please dont become a pray for this site and dont be a victim like me ..
