[Resolved] TV Tele Shopper — Duplicate Product | |||||
I ordered a product (Roop Amrit) from this site (http://www.tvteleshopper.com) on 4th July 2013. They have shown original one on the site but I received duplicate product. On the duplicate one neither batch number nor manufacturing license number were mentioned. Even the name of manufacturing lab mentioned on that product does not exist (BAVO Laboratories, Uttranchal). The original product is manufactured by Him Laboratories, Solan. I have already used this product earlier (manufactured by Him Lab) and I also have the original pack with me. I compared both product and then I called them. I have called on this number- [protected]- Airtel GSM no. of Delhi (mentioned on the web site) for verification. I have explained each and everything to the customer care executive and requested him for money back. I also told him that if you will no do so, I will file case against you people in consumer forum. On this he replied me do what ever you want to do. But during the call he disconnected my call and not responded further. They promised for 30 days money back guarantee, you can see on website. After that I dropped a mail on the mentioned mail id on website i.e [protected]@gmail.com , but again my every mail got bounced. THAT WAS A FAKE MAIL ID. I am not worried about myself. It is for the sake of other people too. This is an extreme case of fraud as they are manufacturing the duplicate products in bulk and fooling other people. Dear sir, this is my ER sim no +91-[protected], i want to know the details recharge amount for the corresponding number on this 12 Feb 2010. kindly send to my mail id. Yes, I have experienced the same issue with this (whosoever is running tvteleshopper Business). He was so annoying and abusive when i asked him for money Back. Just because he knows that our government/ consumer forum cannot do anything, as things like this take years to be resolved he is not even afraid and is fooling others.Even if he is not afraid of our system he should alteast be afraid of GOD as one day he has to face him. Such people are a big blot in the name of humanity should be hanged in Public.
I am also having the same experiance from this site((http://www.teleshoppingbrands.com) .I ordered roopamrit but receive Roop Saundrya manufacture Bavo laboratories.
We tried to contact their number [protected] and [protected].They attend the call and once we tell our complaint that time they cut the call.
Please don't trust this site.Its a fake site.
