Yes its absolutely true that COTERIE MARKETING PVT. LTD were cheated all over the India.
I am also invest 300000 Three lac last year and CMPL director assure me to start pharma business as soon as possible,
But after 1.5 years they not start business and not return my amount. I am retire person i am invest my all pension fund and PF in COTERIE MARKETING PVT. LTD.
I want to return my amount only nothing else.

Please Any Body Please help me to sort out this matter.

you are right sir, we have been cheated by Mr.Girish Patel and Meenakshi madam Director Coterie Marketing Pvt Ltd, Vapi Gujarat. It all started a year back when they both had appointed Mr. xxxxx (Regional sales mngr) who approached us for their super stockist. But after going through general enquiry from our side we visited their website and also speak with their appointed C& F xxxx sales at Pune .And we felt its good proposal for business. So we initiated
by giving them a cheque of Rs.1, 00, 000 (one lakh )and they had forwarded us goods in return for that. And after a month both the directors had came to Nagpur for their visit and inspection. And appointed to medical representative as well. Few month passed away and we had placed the goods of Coterie Mktng as per the order of their RSM and medical representative to their appointed stockists. And again few month passed away where we haven't received any payment and any follow up from the director or their appointed team. And after few days the whole team of Cmpl came to us and told us that they haven't received their salaries also.I made a call to Meenakshi madam about all the matter but she had given me assurance that they will clear all the salary matter. But she also stated me that all the appointed employees haven't worked to full capability and as per their pay roll. But after that everything went wrong, their appointed team didn't got their salary and they left the company.And all the placed order was with stockist without any payment.And now we have received some consignment of goods return from some stockists. And few stockist have sold out the goods to in cash he goods. And now we have around Rs.50, 000 of expired goods with us.We had brought all this information to the director through email and calls but no proper assurance from their side came for expired goods or for payment or any other appointment of team came.And now they even don't receive phone calls or reply the emails.We are not only they have cheated.They have cheated their employees, C&F xxxx sales, Pune as well us.We had started the business of medicine distribution and got such a bad experience while dealing with them. It was our hard earned money which we had invested in their company.We request you sir, kindly take some strict action against them.If you need help or require any documents for action we will assist you.And kindly message me your contact detail through message or email.I will call you.

I'm from Lucknow. I'm cheated by Mr GIRISH RAMDULAR VERMA and MEENAKSHI CHANDRESH GUPTA director CMPL (Coterie Marketing Pvt. Ltd). They promised me for business and took Rs. 11 lakhs from me during January 2014' but after taking money both of them have been disappeared. I made payments through cheques and in return i also took cheque but when i presented them to bank, they bounced. In Lucknow both of them were living at 1/76, vipul khand.

yes this company(coterie marketing privae limited, cmpl) is a cheating company.But it, s all directors and employes are not cheater. Infact they did not knows that they are doing cheating. Infact they are also cheated .So, maximum peoples and directors stop their work with cmpl and did not work for cmpl. Mr. Girish ramdular verma/ mr. Girish ramdular patel is the main person which is doing the cheating work, and also he is blindly supported by his brother in law mr. Santlal verma. Freinds, these two are very big cheater and they are not doing cheating in cmpl but also they do this type of cheating in past years in uttarpradesh, mumbai, etc.Still they did not stop this and doing cheating now-a-days also. They are doing cheating by other names before cmpl. They are making agreements to the peoples and taking money from them. Whatever the way they do it for the taking of money from peoples in terms of business or any new projects or personal need. These two made cheating in u.P. Maharashtra, gujrat, etc.I request you to anyone who will inted to do work with these two please contact the other directors of cmpl they will show you the things how they made cheating to others and also how they cheated by these two in different manners. After proper enquiry from other concern persons of cmpl about them after that you should work to them . If mr. Girish did not arrange your meetings to other persons of cmpl you easily understood that this man is doing fraud or making you fool.Because when a person gieing money to him and after sometimes he did not finds girish and goes to the other persons of cmpl they did not knows or they hands up because they did not deals in any financial matters. Then this man did not meets because his office is not running today.If anyone goes to his home his wife innocentl deny anythings as she did not knows these matters. Also if you goes to his native place and ask his father they also do this thing. If anyone willing or making any deal with mr. Girish they should write on this forum with their details and if any fraud or cheating will happening with them in future shall be stop. Because we did not disclose our nos. On this forum otherwise mr. Girish will take action to them.
Sometimes before cmpl anagement r. Girish wrote on this forum that they will take action and solve the matters properly but still today no matters are solve as well as he is abusing and threating to the concerned persons of cmpl. Now-a -days there is no work is going on in cmpl.
