[Resolved] Country Club — Complaint about Membership | |||
Hi I had taken a membership in the month of April 2014 from Mr. Santosh Pawar. At the time of taking the membership, we spoke about if i had to move out of the city he would help in transferring the membership and getting customers. I called him in the month of September and spoke to him about the same as i wanted to sell my membership- he said he would let me know during Diwali time. However he has not reverted since that time and neither does he recieve my calls. I then called Andheri branch of Country Club and got Mr. Saleem Qureshi's number. I was told that Santosh reports into him. However Mr. Saleem also has never picked the call even though i had called numerous times. I did speak to the general manager of the club, informing him about all this and he said he will pass on the message to Mr. Saleem- Its been over 3 months now and i have no heard from anyone. This is a simple thing which has turned out to be a nightmare for me. This is my last try to resolve this issue or i think i should try to take legal action. Its very frustrating when your managers act irresponsible and not pick the phone. Below are the numbers i have and have called on...
