[Resolved] Country Club India — complaining regarding my payment
I am twinkle arora i purchased your 5 year membership on 02/07/2017 at patiala. Paymnt was made by credit card amount is 65000₹
Mr. Parit, mr. Rihan and mr ashish kaushik they were describe me the plan.
Mr. Rihan and mr. Parit was said that they will pay the annual maintenance charges its their responsibility nothing to worry about it.
After two or three days i call
Mr. Parit to cancel my membership he said that he left the job and will not help to me. I said what about my membership he said call mr. Rihan and i call him but he never picked my call then i call mr. Ashish kaushik and he said he has also left the job. I asked them now what i do and he said rihan is also left the job. No body is left to responsible for my problem. Mr. Ashish kaushik gave me a contact no of mr. Parshant. I called him and he said he will arrange a call from sakshi. After few days she called me and i asked about my membership cards she said she will call me after check and she told me to drop a mail to her regarding not received membership cards. I mailed her immediately but still no reply. I called sakshi many times but she always said she will call me after checking. Today i call to parshant and he said to me that he will not help me call sakshi.
02/07/2017 to 31/08/2017 still not received cards. I'm paying interest on that amount. Now i need my payment 65000₹ with interest.
I hope company will take it seriously and will reply me soon.
