[Resolved] Country Club India — False infornmation regarding holiday package | |||
At the time of selling policy the said auto revival and auto extended but now the are again and again asking maintenance charges in spit of that i have paid all 5 years membership and maintenance charges, at the time of selling policy they have not mention this issue that after completion of 5 years is any holiday is not address then again we have to pay maintenance charges. I am also one of the unsatisfied customer of country club. I have purchased the membership by paying Rs.40000/- on 1st oct'16.
Before purchasing they told me that everything is included in Rs.40000/-. But once I purchased they said that I need to pay every year an additional AMC of Rs, 8500/- annually to avail the services.
I wanted to raise voice against these guys collectively and get my money back.
If your case resolved then please help me with process, so that I can also get my money back. If not let's get together against this Unethical company and get our money back.
