Country Club India — membership cancellation and reimburse all my money | |||||
I took Country club membership in April/ May 2018, with a commitment from the staff who sold me the membership that i can cancel the membership anytime i want in case i didnt find it worth it. I had tried Country Club before and I had found the condition of the facilities very poor, but when the staff was selling to me this membership I informed them about my experience - to which they shared with me album after album of facilities they have improved. When I actually visited atleast two of their resorts (that's what they call them) I realized that all pictures they showed me were nothing but photo shopped... I visit Sarjapur facility and realized everything is broken there except for one pool table, and the place stinked... then i visited Yalankar, to my amaze it is supposed to be family place, but found nothing but drunkards everywhere... i TRIED to order tea/coffee or something for the kids.. and I was clearly told that they dont serve tea or coffee... and nothing for kids anyway... Seemed they were pushing us to take liquour and nothing else... It took me 2 hours to reach this great place and ended up spending 30 mins there .. couldn't even get my kids to play because all the kids rides were used by all drunkards who were screaming and doing everything that made the place unsafe... I requested Country Club personal to cancel my membership and return my money.. the best part they dont care, and are insisting that i should use more resorts... i cant take a chance and no way want to continue... I keep getting calls asking for Annual fee.
