Country Club India — Mental harassment by country club customer care executive | |||||
The country club customer care keeps calling for the Annual Maintainence fee for the year[protected], on a regular basis. This is very y disturbing. I have repeatedly kept them informed that I don't want any reminders, I would make the payment before the due date. However even after repeated reminders not to call, they have done so. In fact this is becoming a pain and is an harassment. Today being a Sunday, I have received two calls and the customer care executive was so unprofessional and rude. I requested her to let me speak to her senior to explain the torture I am going through by these repeated calls. The customer care executive refused to let me speak to her senior.
