[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn And Suites — country holidays inn & suites false promises for membership. want refund of my membership fee
Through this complaint i am notifying you about the fraud happened to me made by country holidays inn suites (Chis) company.
I have taken their membership on 17th june 2018 and my membership id is chisdlsd774070. When i was approached by the sales team
For taking the membership, initially i was reluctant to take the membership. After around 1hr of conversation with the sales staff
Mr. Sharukh still i was not willing to take the membership but then the sales manager mr. Abdul khursid had came to me and personally
Promised me that he will help me with any issues i am going to face related to this membership. Both the sales staff had told me lots of
Features about the membership. By believing the sales team and taking this membership from chis was my biggest mistake. Many promises
Were made to me by the sales team while taking membership and now i am realizing that many of those are utter lies. One of the lies i am mentioning here.
While taking membership it was told to me that, i am taking ownership not membership. I can book more than one room in and out of india
As and when it is required. But on 2nd july, when i sent mail to booking team for singapore itinerary, booking team told me as per policy
I can not book more than 1 room and asked me to contact the sales person from whom i took membership. I have contacted the sales guys for
Around 10 days after that and they told me that they will definitely help me out in this regard as they have promised me this while taking
Membership. But after few days they started avoiding my call, so i sent a mail to chis customer care to cancel my membership on 11th july.
For few days they were not paying attention to my query but when i mailed them that i have the call recordings with the sales team guys which
Will prove the promises made to me and i will approach the consumer court if the issue is not getting resolved. The very next day one chis
Senior manager mr. Rahul contacted and he asked me to wait for few days, so that he will check with their team what best resolution can be
Provided to me. He tried to extract more money from me in the name o[censored]pgrading the membership but when i refused to do so he also backed out
By saying he can't help me out. They are not ready to cancel my membership also. By looking at the company's approach for my concern, it seems
They have hardly any remorse as here my hard earned money is at stake.
I have invested money of around rs. 80000/- in this and since they are not ready to cancel the membership it is giving me immense stress and sleepless nights since few days. I have not taken any service from them and i simply want my money back with out any further trouble.
I request you to kindly help me get my money back as i do not want to associate with this fraud company anymore.

Hi Team, Mr Rahul from CHIS team has confirmed that, they will cancel my membership and return the full amount. So I am resolving the complaint.
