Please refer to my last complaint with complaint Subject - CHIS Fraud: Scam and Humiliation Charges
Here I want to share some screenshots of emails and proofs and their response after the complaint
- Soon after the complaint was raised, I got back-to-back calls from one of their trained fraudsters (Shubhankar) who know how to humiliate clients to such an extent by being soft-spoken that they themselves will refuse to make a booking with CHIS.
Just a context, before the complaint he was not even picking up my call and replying to my emails and texts on WhatsApp
Shubhankar- Why did you raise a complaint against us?
Me- You were not even picking up my call and I'm humiliated and frustrated as hell that I didn't have any other choices
Shubhankar- Mark the complaint as resolved, otherwise I have to stop your booking and also block your ID for further bookings.
Me- Please try to understand, I am getting scammed and don't know what to do. I requested and explained the below scenario and told him to think like a human and not a CHIS employee who have now become butchers:
Scenario-
When I am making the same booking that they are providing me for 3-star hotels, it costs me[protected] for a 5-night booking with breakfast.
And they are asking to pay me 9000 just for breakfast over and above the AMC of 10000 and membership of 170000.
If I'll pay them 9000(Breakfast) + 10000 (AMC) + 1900 (Membersip paid for 1 night ; 170000/91) * 5 = Rs 28500
See their fraud, they are asking for Rs 28500 for the rooms worth Rs 12000. This calculation is something we are not able to figure out while purchasing their fancy membership where Sales person ( Praveen, Rahul and Raj) promised by vouching about their mothers that they'll only provide 5-star property and only on the location where 5-star is not available 4-star property will be recommended.
I requested him to give me either of 2 options(which is a fair ask) -
- book hotels without breakfast (being a pure vegetarian, I won't be able to eat breakfast provided in the hotel) OR
- Take the actual price of the hotel's breakfast, which comes to around Rs[protected] and they are asking 9000 for that- Attaching a screenshot for the same
Well-trained Shubhankar knows all these facts and just keeps on insisting to mark the complaint as resolved and doesn't give any resolution instead he gave me 2 options-
- either to mark the complaint as resolved (without resolution) OR
- Your membership ID will be blocked for all the future bookings
I'll have some proofs where one of the salespeople says by themselves that CHIS is a fraud and claims that he can help to get the money out from them (at that time he was on notice period but got retained). In my next post, I'll be sharing those screenshots as well.
In the next complaints, I'll -
1) Share the screenshot of the conversation with one of the butchers (Praveen- Sales person) who exposed the CHIS fraud to me.
2) Rude Reply of customer care executive - Deepali after my complaint
Join me to bring down CHIS to stop this fraudsters to create butchers/liers and stop the scam they are doing in daylight by taking our hard earned money and humiliating us after the payment is done.
