[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — country holiday inn suites false commitment, cancellation of membership and refund of money

I had taken membership in nov, 2019, by paying rs. 1.4 lakh for one year. I have applied several times for holidays, but am not able to get promised accommodation. I applied for the refund of amount but i am yet to receive any response from the company. I need full refund of my money. I have put 100's of email reminder's with no response. Now, i am seriously thinking of moving court against the company and filing fir with the district police. I am putting a case on country holiday inn suites. Was this information helpful? Dec 28, 2019 Updated by superapp05 They are providing booking on some alternate location and have assured of better services in future.
