I opened a complaint against CHIS on August 14, 2021. Marked it resolved after getting call from CHIS customer care team and GM Customer relationship (Mr. Rahul Arora).They both had assured better services in future.Trusting their words, I marked that complaint as resolved.
Now, I am reopening my complaint as they have again started refusing reservation. I asked them to book hotel for 2 nights for mid October and gave them 3 location options (Rishikesh/ Mussorie/ Jim Corbett). They refused reservation for all 3 locations saying due to unavailability they cannot book.
I also asked them to book for 5 days in Goa in Mid- December.For that, they mentioned that their booking window is not yet activated so I should make fresh request after 15th November post which they shall check the availability.
In short, they have refused all my booking request by giving some or other stupid reasons. I am pretty sure that for Goa also, they will again refuse reservation after 15th November due to unavailability.
Infact, they have refused all my reservation request (atleast 5-6) since March 2021.
I have almost given them Rs. 1, 00, 000 /- (including 2 AMC's) for 5 yr domestic membership. Already 3 years are completed and I have not even received service worth Rs. 10, 000. Every time I ask for booking, they just refuse by giving vague reasons. Last time when I opened complaint, GM Customer relationship Mr Rahul Arora assured that these issues will not happen in future, but again it started and now even he is not picking up call or reverting on WhatsApp.
I would like to take legal action against CHIS for harassment/cheating and demand full refund.
Please let me know if any other CHIS customer is facing similar harassment from them. I would like to take legal action against them.
