As per your reply received on my email complaint that the package as the membership is non-refundable.

In this regard, I regret to inform you that we have paid the money on 28.08.2021 of Rs, 2, 05, 000.00 through my credit card at night and next day early morning I had requested you to cancel the same but now you said the membership is non-refundable.

I once again request you to refund my money as soon as possible.
