I purchased membership of CHIS (Country Holiday Inn and suites) on 18 Dec 2021 alongwith
membership they had offered free flight voucher worth Rs 45000/-.
On 20 May 2022, I had booked flight for 3 persons from Delhi to Male for 14 Aug 2022 and return
flight from Male to Delhi for 17 Aug 2022. Total fare quoted Rs 72066/- out of which Rs 45000/- from
free air voucher and final amount paid by me I Rs 27066/- .(Attachment-1)
After booking it was assured that tickets will be shared between 7 to 10 working days however even
after repeated reminders, they were just shifting ticket delivery dates and giving excuses.

On 06 Aug I visited CHIS Noida office, again they assured of delivering ticket next day and again
giving excuses and postponing ticket delivery date. (Attachment-3)
As my travelling dates were approaching closer and not getting any positive response from CHIS
therefore had no other option other than to book my ticket. I booked ticket on 08 Aug 2022 as ticket
cost were increasing every day and also seats availability was an issue. Finally, I had to pay Rs
134484/- for booking flight which I could have got in Rs 27066/- through CHIS.(Attachment-4)
On 10 Aug I conveyed this message to CHIS and they agreed to refund amount Rs 27066/- however
till date no refund received.(Attachment-5)
FYI, sat and Sun is off for CHIS therefore I had only 4 working days left to take a call as I had to
complete my arrival formalities with hotel in Maldives and any further delay could have caused a
considerable loss of money.

I hope you have contacted Veenita, kiran, Mukesh, Vikrant, Dipali, Chandan, Mohit, Amit and many others but reply will always be same (either not replying/picking phone Or assuring for next few days). I was put on hold for 1 hr just to talk with them, looks like we have taken there money and not vice-versa.
I have to cancel my plan just 1 day before actual date of travel just because flights was not shared.
Only way to teach them is using twitter and linkedin (because CEO Vishal Rai is not present on twitter)
You will get call from customer care team to delete the tweets and then they will try to resolve your issue(personal experience)
