[Resolved]  Country Holidays Inn & Suites — For booking of hotels

I have purchased country Holiday inn and suites membership in 2019...their executive showed me hotel of Maldives and underwater hotels.they showed me 5 star properties on their laptop .so I purchased their membership after paying 1.5 lakh. Once I purchased the same, I got to know their was only 1-2 5 star properties only with them and no underwater hotel.
I booked hotel for rishikesh they give me only 3 star properties .I asked to book hotel in haridwar they gave me hotel which was 17 km outside to haridwar, how can I reach there, this 17 km far from city .Now I book hotel in udaipur, they are giving only 2 option which are outside the city 8 km away from city and asking to take those hotel with breakfast .I refused to take breakfast, but they are saying u have to take breakfast. Which was 1600 rs costly bf for 2 days .how can I take it, I dont want breakfast I asked them but they are saying u have to take it otherwise hotel cant be booked ..
They are shamless person, cheating with me everytime .Even not providing good hotel and forcing to take costly breakfast .
Plz don't buy their membership, this is totally fraud company, their representatives are arrogant, not responding properly, and saying that they will not book, do whatever your wish. They just cheat and don't give services. My 1.5 lakh got wasted in such a fraud company
