It was relay disappointing me all sales representative of chis don't have a moral value to sales their product and giving wrong commitments... I was shocked, when my issue was escalated to next level mr. Rahul arrora and he compensate complementary breakfast with rs. 10000/ - food voucher but i didn't accepted the offers and looking for more. Today when i call him and ready compromises with existing offers and continue with membership he totally denied and asking for recording... In result my welcome call is still pending from last 4 months... And my money rs. 75000/- is blocked with chis and not able to utilize the same. Please intervene so they agreed on said points or refund my money. Can you please escalate it next responsible person to resolve my issue asap and arrange the welcome call. .
