I am writing this mail regarding not satisfaction with your offered services. We are totally unhappy with your services and treatments. On, 3 June, 2018 I have taken membership after meeting with your team member. I had already the full paid membership amount on the spot after CHIS’s commitment of providing services in entire India but unfortunately we are not getting any committed response.
First time we planned trip at Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh but this destination was not available in your company. Your Manager Mr. Kakker assured us they will pay hotel stay amount at Pachmarhi. I had been following up for this, your representive assured and committed to send the DD, but still till now I have not received the amount. After some time Mr. Kakker told me you can take refund of membership.
Then we planned visit at Jim Corbett National park on membership and stay at Acorn hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd. . The experience of this visit was horrible for us. We had shared snaps of experience of Corbett National park visit. Your customer care head Mr. Rahul Arora inform me that they are not considering this visit and will provide me same as complimentary.
Few months back, we plan family visit at Jaisalmer. For this we didn’t got booking even after raising request for this and informing that we have already planned other things. Then after multiple follow-ups we got the booking at hotel Chokhi Dhani with additional bed charge. But even after paying in advance for extra bed, we got the bed in mid-night. Even the breakfast was not available as per the menu card. The behaviour of hotel staff was not friendly.
So, would request you to kindly cancel my membership and refund my money.
