[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — not returning my money

Respected, I have complained that chis is not returning my money previously but no any action is taken by the company. They have blocked my rs. 40000/-. During the booking, company staff informed at any stage if i dont want his services then company will refund my money but nothing is like that the company has blocked my valuable money. Whenever i emailed for returning the money they said as per policy money can not be returned but no any agreement was done like that. 1. They said that agreement copy with stamp/notary will be provided but nothing like that. 2. I have not used any of its services and i want my money back. 3. I received an email from the company that they will refund my money within 45 days. On that basis i am marking resolved. Mobile no.
