We have booked Membership with CHIS in 2019. We were promised 4 to 5 Star rated properties in many locations ITC, Taj types property types were shown and promised. for 10 years 60 nights (costed to us as 1.8 Lacs). After using stay for which we had to pay 6000 Rs extra in name of maintenance.
After staying for first night we realized we could have saved money as property was available for 6000 online that time.
then Covid -19 affected and we could not utilize our vacations. When ever we tried to book any hotel with them we use to get same reply this property is not active with us any more or sold out. Company person do not pickup phones and do not reply /callback timely. Out of frustration we decided leave the membership and asked them to refund our money as promised but they said sir please read the agreement we do not have refund policy. My hardened money is stuck with such a fraud, unethical, non professionals now. I know i wont be able to get my money refund in this country . but through this portal i want to warn my other citizens to kindly donot get stuck in their false promises. Do not even use the promotional coupons they procure total amount of that free stay as well at hotels via Food or maintenance charges. Was this information helpful? |
Only way to teach them is using twitter and linkedin (because CEO Vishal Rai is not present on twitter)
You will get call from customer care team to delete the tweets and then they will try to resolve your issue(personal experience)
