Took a 10yr domestic/international plan from CHIS in 2019. Since starting faced issues with booking and wanted to cancel my membership but they refuse to cancel and just convered it into 5 yr domestic plan.
After that also several times faced issue with reservation as reservation team provide pathetic customer service.From past 4-5 months they are refusing reservation on the listed properties on their app and website and provide vague/ stupid reasons.
Sales team makes false promises. Reservation team really bad and management don't bother to listen to customer grievances
I want them to cancel my membership and provide refund.

Got the call from CHIS customer care team and GM Customer relationship.They both have assured better services in future.Trusting their words and marking this complaint as resolved.
