Issues Faced :

1. Property Rating :

As described by You : All the property/Hotels either 4 star or 5 Star having market rate of more than Rs. 4, 500/- per night

Reality : Maximum properties are 3 star or below which can be availed through other website at cost of 1, 800/- to 2, 500/- inclusive of GST. Your membership cost me Rs. 3, 146/- per night as below

Why i should pay Rs. 3146/- for the cost of Rs. 1, 800/- 2, 500/- per day room from other website.

2. Utility Charges on 2 Bonus Week - 14 Nights

As described by you : There is no additional cost except membership and AMC

Reality : As per the latest mail received from CHIS customer care, Bonus week is also chargeable at Rs. 1, 000/- per night. These charges neither informed at the time of membership neither it is written in agreement.

3. Choice of Selection of property in case of Complimentary offer :

As described by You : Once you took membership, you can book hotel as per your choice from the list of hotel from our website

Reality : As per latest mail from customer care, in Complimentary offer you have to select the property from the list given by us.On asking the list of property they said took the list from reservation team. Reservation team says took the list from customer care team. I have not received such list till date. If i have taken membership why i need to select property from your list i will select the property from the list given on website

4. AMC Charges :

As described by you : AMC to be paid at the end of each year

Reality : As discussed with Customer Care, Booking can not be made before depositing AMC Charges.

5. Facility of providing two room in T1 Category

As described by You : At the time of presentation, your staff is saying only our membership gives you the facility of booking two room in T1 category for friends and family from your allotted nights.

Reality : I have tried 4 times. In each case your Customer care team is saying you are eligible for 1 room only as per agreement. If everything as pr agreement then why you are charging bonus night which is not written in agreement and informed at the time of presentation.

6. Deficiency in process : There is deficiency in the process of giving membership. This is the reason why so many person are not satisfied with your service. The presentation given by your staff is not aligned with agreement. Their story is not matched with the agreement. Customer get the copy of agreement after paying the amount of membership. If customer get the copy of agreement first then he will know the clear picture.

7. Copy of welcome call recording : At the time of dispute, your customer care always says this thing has been intimated at the time of welcome call. One of your customer care executive says you can took copy of welcome call by drooping amail at customer care Email-id. I have drooped and demanded copy of welcome call recording three time but no reply received from your team.

8. Increasing customer complaints : You have to understand there is some gap that is why so many customer is complaining. Customer has taken membership for his peace. your prime focus should be on customer satisfaction. If your membership is not in profitable then you may increase the cost of membership, if customer wants to purchase the membership he will buy. Atleast he will receive the service for which he has paid money. Currently customer is feeling he is in trap rather than to enjoy the vacation. Kindly think upon it.

Conclusion : I am not satisfied with your membership as the information given to me at the time of presentation is far away from the wording of your agreement. Kindly refund my hard earned money back.

Customer purchase these type of membership to enjoy and have some leisure time with friends and family but now it has become mental harassment.

I am not demanding anything from your pocket i am demanding the amount which i have paid at the time of membership. Requesting to refund the membership amount and urging to trained your sales representative to give presentation which is aligned with agreement so that the customer remains happy and enjoy their vacation peacefully.

Quality matter a lot. If you give quality of service to members/ customer then it will increase your customer base as well as brand value.
