On 8th of December 2022 i book package for dubai ik advance for march 2023 because of my anniversary but sucessfully payment of 64300 company has not booked any flight till 31st december due to increase in corona cases woeldwide i decidd to cancel my trip
And informed the company and asked for refund my money
But company intention is to adjustment the amc for four year which is totally unethical but after several talk with sales executive named deepali she mailed that company will adjust one amc which i agreed but company is not refunded my remaining money of rs57300 after several deadline given by company the company has failed to given my money.
Mr mukesh who claimed to be a senior person will not provide any number of senior who will resolve the issue .Please help me to get my refund from company.I am going to file my complaint to ministry of corporate affair also.
