Despite the fact that I am a CHIS member and have already paid the AMC for the following three years, they won't give me a reservation for one night in a hotel in Gurgaon. something I find difficult to comprehend. Reason they have provided is that they have internal issues and location is closed.
I've had a lot of problems making reservations in the past as well.
1. They will provide 1 or 2 list of available properties and you need to keep on asking for next properties and they will list of 3 start properties.
2. I have to follow up a lot for reservations.
They compel us to eat breakfast or dinner in exchange for a fee. If you don't compel, then they will not provide reservation.
2. Change of hotel from 5 star to 3 star just hour before reaching hotel and even not informing us they have cancelled booking at 5 Star hotel.
3. For days they won't reply to booking reservation request and then they will give reply in late evening and in case if you reply to that mail, expect to get reply next day from them. That's how they try to deny booking.
4. I have asked for reservation in Gurgaon city for 1 night in 5 star hotel for 30 July and today is 11 July and they are saying they cannot provide reservation as they have internal issues. What is this internal issue for a specific location, i don't understand? For next 30 days they cannot provide reservation in any of the 5 star properties.
If problem is not resolved, I'll take legal route as no option is left and my money is not free which you can take and provide no service. Was this information helpful? |
