Country Vacations — cancellation membership and refund of fee

I and my husband attended the sales presentation of country club/vacations as we were lured in to attending one last year in march 2018.
It seems our mobile number had won some gift and to collect it we were called to office no - 308-309, connaught place, 3rd floor, bund garden road, near wadia college, pune:- 411001 (Phone[protected]/534) to collect.
For sake of curiosity we went there, we were requested to sit through the presentation of half an hour with noisy music in background, before getting our gift. Unfortunately, we did sit through the session and fell prey to the sweet sales talk of persons and got ourselves enrolled as members of country vacations by paying rs. 65000/-. The actual amount of scheme we had opted was supposed to be rs. 1, 48, 000/- but we didn't have that much amount with us and so were given option of paying partial amount by debit or credit card and remaining by bank cheque. We ended up paying rs. 65000/- by way of debit and credit card both, and we asked the person to visit our home next day for collecting the cheque of remaining amount. This was on date 31st march 2018
After coming home, we were discussing about our new adventure with rest of family members, and during those discussions we realized that we actually have over committed ourselves for the cause that was not at all required for the lifestyle we are following by any o[censored]s. We realized that we have made a mistake as we need funds for a situation arisen in family
But we also decided that let's not get fully involved and let's try to get it out before things get completely closed.
We were given an agreement of our membership and we read it thoroughly to understand the termination clause. We realized that there is a possible way out if we intimate the customer care via email about our decision to pull out. We will get fined for rs.3800 and our money will be returned only after 120 working days. Though it was still a huge loss for loosing rs.3800 for no reason, and also losing interest on the big chunk of amount for next 120 days.
But we were still content with the feeling that there is a way out and we didn't pay the remaining amount yet.
We called the sales manager mr. Samuel patil next day morning who was our primary contact explaining him that we have suddenly come across an emergency in family for that we needed funds and we would like to withdraw from the scheme we had partially paid for.
He did tell us about the same procedure for opting out of scheme but as expected he also asked us to come and meet him to discuss the matter in detail.
Meanwhile we sent the email to customer care on date 4 april, 2018 explaining the reason for opting out of scheme and asked them to confirm the date of returning our money.
Later we also went to their same office i think in next couple of days, and were waiting to meet mr. Samuel patil or his senior mr. Sam. After waiting for very long when no one turned up to meet us, we inquired at the security about the whereabouts this person, and he told us with hush voice that the person we are looking for has been beaten severely by some other clients and now that person and his boss both have gone to police station.
We tried calling mr. Samuel patil on his cell, and this time he picked up our call and told us that he was in hospital and that he will meet us in couple of days.
This incidence made our resolve to get out of scheme even stronger and we left that place with determination that we will meet this person after two days and force him to return our money back.

When we went to their office again after couple of days, and inquired with security about this guy and his boss, security said that both of them have not come to office from past few days. We realized that they must have both left the job or may have been asked to leave the job. We then requested him to help us meet any other person who could talk to us.
We met another person and explained him the entire story. He assured us that we will get our money back as per the agreement in 120 days. Their hyderabad office will send the demand draft to pune office, and pune office people will call us to collect the same.
We had to return with no option but to count days and keep reminding them about our refund.
We ideally should have got our refund back by 15th august 2018. However, as we didn’t hear from anyone till that date, we wrote many emails and tried calling numerous times to the customer care in hyderabad.
Even the interfacing people at pune office have changed at least twice, everybody claiming that the refund is in process.
But to date we have not got any update except that the case is under process / from the company about the refund status and any assurance of they returning our money back.
