Country Vacations — cancellation of membership and refund the money

I am Virendra Brahmbhatt from Vadodara, Gujarat.
I have Paid Rs. 50, 000 for the Blue card Membership out of Rs. 85, 000 for Five-year membership. After few days we realised that the facility what was told to us are not there in five-year membership.
The person name in Vadodara office is Mr. Tanay Patel and Mr. Mohsin who Cheated with us and denied to refund.
Country Vacation can't say that it is not refundable. It is Rs.50, 000 (Half Lack)
It is completely Cheating case from Country Vacation.
