Country Vacations — membership cancellation not initiated and refund not processed | |||
Hi, i had take country club membership on 16th jun2019 by paying 65k through credit card. On 17th june 2019 i changed my mind and requested for cancellation by seeing an 10 days cool of period. Where i can i cancel by agreement with in 10days of agreement. Today after 150 days (10th nov 2109) they started saying that i supposed to use their facility in initial 10days and if not happy then only i can raise for cancellation. This is not wriiten in signed agreement nor it was not clearly explained initially when i raised request for cancellation. Now they saying i have only one option, that is transfer membership with in my personal contacts (Actually this transfer also they promised me that they will only do it by taking some charge and now, leaving to us). It's completely not fare. Sales guys are really cheatig customers and making us pay the money through false promises. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per agreement it is mentioned that customer can discontinue the membership with a cooling period of 10 days with some administration charges 3800 mentioned in terms and conditions no 27 attached, but still CV denying to refund the money. Send multiple emails and the customer care also not picking phone.
