Country Vacations — we have occupancy of 4 adults and 2 kids and always enjoy 2 studio rooms now they r saying ur rooms is for one 1 room vacation

Every year we face the same situation then have to share our agreement with reservations team.. More ice mr vivek. K from amc dept had called for getting payments of amc in advance up-to 2022 and he promised to book holiday rooms as per dates, it is every time that a customer has to bend in front of hyd reservation team and they always give false promises after receiving payments they don't give booking always and wvrytine this is the same story.. And then no one helps too when asked what to do, plus offers some bogus meals voucher we go on vacation to stay in hofel rooms or to roam out of hotels... How will we take meal vouchers when we return at nite back to hotel after site seeing, and it is obivious that we come n enjoy room serfice in same hotel for dinner.
I'm tired and feel fooled by customer vacations employees.. Is there any one to help.
My mother is a high diabetic and bp patient but i sometimes feel sorry she has to call so many times and above all people use high tone while talking do u have some customer care ethics or do ur employees needs a proper manager to train them.
Please have humanity while talking to senior citizen i was thinking country vacations employee good decent staff after proper check and also humans who know how to help customers and more over talk n listen before even telling at a women who is sick and old. I. Am highly 😞 dissapointed.
