I had been called for a meet by informing that i won a free holiday trip for which i have to accompany with my spouse (they have taken my no. through some data )
When i went for the meet they have sold this membership and informed that if i pay a lump sum amount (May be RS 35K) and informed that no need pay anything here after and this is life time free member ship. I can avail 3 days stay in set of listed hotels annually.
where as i can have unlimited access to it's own properties. It was in the year 2010. They have collected the payment with utmost urgency.
After wards there are no reminders, alerts, no service.
In the year 2012 i relocated myself with mu family to UAE.
They started to send emails continuously, even today for about 11 consecutive years to pay my annual maintenance fee, which has accumulated till now to Rs 58, 000/-
I am yet avail their so called benefits till now (not even a single one)
And now when i mailed them regarding the same and asked them to provide some access or facilities to their UAE properties or hotels.
Now again they are telling me to pay the AMC so that they will waive off the earlier dues. And again i can start availing their benefits. Where as they are telling their hotel is closed for renovation for an unlimited time here in Dubai, when it opens again i can have the access. But how far it is true i do not know.
I visit India once in a year with my family and just returned back after a month long vacation in India.
Now i requested them when ever their property re opens here again i will pay the AMC so that i can access some facilities.
Now they are telling that if you can't pay today then you will have to pay your all old dues (Rs 58, 000/) to regularize my account.
They are asking the amount in such a way that as if i am their debtor.
When ever they open their mouth only with aggressiveness and for collecting the money nothing for their customer service or satisfaction.
