We have bought a holiday package worth inr 66, 000. Company is not attentive to our requests from the beginning. Once i proceed with the booking, they share details in the edited word document and says the booking is confirmed. However, when u visit the property, no booking is associated with them. Even they complain that we don't entertain the guests from ciis. Its been 3 month that i am trying to avail one of the services, but there is no serious response from them. On the same day of my checkin they call me to convey the message that we will confirm your booking, when i have followed up with them over mails, phones and messages. Even the hotel option categories are too poor. However, they offer false commitments while selling their deal. I do seek your help & guidance on the same. Was this information helpful? |
