They are deleting reviews from their website too,.. It is atrap..
Plz help me out as they had taken our money stating for some membership plan. However when we received a welcome call the promises made on table looks completely different what they had specified on call. I really need my refund and kindly let me know what should be done. I am ready to file a complain in court too for such unprofessionalism and money making business they are doing by cheating people.
Now they are calling me but saying we had updated plans and sent you welcome letter but they are forcing to take the plan and not refunding my money.
