I purchased 10 year holiday package in which they offered me additional 1 international trip of 6n/7d with complimentary breakfast, airport pick & drop, 3 one-way air ticket, local sightseeing, etc.
But now at the time of availing this trip they first refused to consider this and none of their customer care executive responded for 15 days. Then i came to know the number of some senior but they started negotiating to bear the cost; 60% to me & 40% by them which as per documents is completely on company's part.
I even agreed for 50% but still they are adamant on 60:40.
I am chasing them for refund of my payment done in purchasing the holiday package for 10 years. Was this information helpful? |
