My name is puneet chugh. I had been called at dia park hotel by mr rohan with my family for some surprise package and gift collection. Initially i denied to visit but on insisting many times by mr rohan and radhika, i visited dia park hotel at gurgaon.
There i met ms radhika and she started explaining me the hotel membership etc. I did not like the concept too much as it involved making the payment in advance. But still i thought to take the membership. I told them that i will pay the amount next day but they asked me to make some initial payment after which i swiped my card for rs 5000. Very next day after giving this concept a second thought, i decided not to take this membership.
Now nobody is helping me to get my rs 5000 refunded.

This is my hard earned money which i had paid for no benefit. Kindly refund the same back to my credit card asap.

I asked ms radhika for refund but she asked me to contact customer care.

Customer care is not listening to me. Sales people are not helping me.

Kindly help to get my 5000 rs refunded.
