Courtesy Honda — horrible experience of things being stolen from car | |||||
I had sent my honda city car for second service after constant reminders from the service station, the lady booked an appointment for 11 am on sat, 12 may 2018. However, when my family member reached there, he was made to wait for 3 hours and car service started at around 2:30 pm. This was least expected and to add to it after calling the lady who had booked the appointment, i was surprised to know that she had not booked the same even after calling me regularly for it. This was not enough as when the car came back, i realized the second day that my watch and sunglasses that were kept in hand rest compartment and dashboard were missing. I dropped an email to courtesy customer care but got no response for hours. Finally, i made the call to service station and the lady told me that they had the stuff and she sent it to my home. However, what hit me was that why was the stuff taken out at first place and even if they had taken it out without consent, why wasn't i called to be informed of same. I received a call from supervisor who attended the car and rather than accepting the mistake, he wanted the name of girl who told me that my stuff was with them. I believe, they never had intention of returning the things. Really disappointed by kind of behavior and irresponsibility shown by these people.
