Respected Ms Chitra Lahri,

In pursuance to your investigation, I have received mail
from M/S Laily Automobiles denying my claim to get
the Honda city connect.

In this connection, I have to state that I am not happy with the reply
n I have been certainly deceived.

Kindly arrange a meeting with the sales adviser Mr. Rahul Prajapati. Also
give his residential address, telephone no to sort out the issue further.

Once again, I reiterate, I found apathy on the part of dealer concerned.
They did not telephone me for a couple of months to remind for the
service.

I am your customer, after sales service relations help in enhancing
the Goodwill of the Company.I am you Brand Ambassador.

I once again I urge upon you to resove my issue,
