[Resolved] Coutloot — I sold my mobile and its stolen now no one taking responsibility neither coutloot nor courier company dtdc-dotzot | |||
I sold my mobile through coutloot company on 18/11/19 and that product pickup by dotzot and after 3/12/19 I didn't get any information about my mobile I contacted in coutloot and dtdc-dotzot They said it's damaged later on its stolen It's worth 8200 I sold this mobile No one is taking responsibility and giving claim Coutloot saying dotzot not responsive and dotzot saying we return the product to shipper it's seal broken and screen damage in transit Coutloot saying dotzot not giving response It's been more than 15 days no response I lost my mobile and not get any claim Was this information helpful? | |||
