[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — Abandoning Sr Citizens in Kedarnath without any travel bookings | |||||
Extremely disappointed & outright cheated with Cox & Kings abandoning 11 Sr. Citizens on #CharDhamYatra without booking their Helicopter tickets to Kedarnath Shrine!! Cox and Kings cheats people by charging them for Helicopter bookings & yet abandon Sr. Citizens at inaccessible places like Kedarnath to make their own last-minute bookings (which one does not get at the 11th hour)! Despite repeatedly following up with their employees since weeks, they conveniently raise their hands at the last minute & say "This is all we could do; we can't help you; manage locally now"!! What kind of 3rd class organization with a 4th class mentality is this that abandons 11 Sr Citizens in Kedarnath to fend for themselves at the last minute?! #Disgusting They wasted lakhs of Rupees, time & efforts of 11 Sr Citizens who booked the Chardham Yatra through them in trust and caused this vulnerable group extreme mental agony of not being able to complete this once-in-a-lifetime Yatra because of their internal frauds; they harassed this group for even basic information for which they had already changed way well in advance. This is the heights of irresponsibility and one fails to comprehend how can an organization of their size even survive by cheating customers so blatantly!! Perhaps, they've evaded the Courts thus far; we'll see them in court VERY SOON for causing us this pain, failure, loss and embarrassment! My father had paid some advance amount towards a package booking in cox and kings ghatkopar east branch for himself in november 2016.unfortunately we lost him in an accident in jan 2017.although have made repeated requests to ghatkopar branch via phone and mail I haven't received any response as of now regarding the status .
