Please refer to the provisional receipt no. 14722 dated 04.09.2017 on account of advance payment for rs. 86, 000.00 towards the cost of tour to egypt against estimated cost @ rs. 1, 17, 709.00 per head plus gst @ rs. 5%. Your mail dated 17.10.2017 shows that present rate of foreign exchange is 69.10. But the present rate is lower than 69.10. It is understood the rate of foreign exchange as maybe prevalent on the date of final payment will be applicable, if the same remains lower or higher than 69.10 on october 26th when final payment will be made.
