This june, we had booked a india tour with cox and kings to be scheduled for jan 2020.
We made the first two set of installment payments. However, we have not recieved any vouchers/ confirmations (Except a set of air tickets that covers about 10% of the amount paid) against the amount paid till date. While we have been following up on the status and next steps since august 2019, there has been no response from cox and kings. All the booking agents as well as their managers involved in this booking have left the organization. On october 11, after rigorous phone follow-ups and multiple email exchanges, we formally registered a request for refund of the remaining 90% amount. However, there has been no response on the same till date, despite follow up. Would request support to resolve this matter on priority and help with refund of inr 211, 540 (Net of air ticket cost).

Inr 41, 200 (Paid on may 31 by sujata chakravorty through credit card)
Voucher received from cox & kings so far: air tickets worth inr 19, 080 (We will retain the same)
Total refund amount: inr 211, 540 (Net of air ticket cost)
Looking forward to a quick resolution and refund.
