[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — irresponsible customer care | |
I have to complaint against Cox & Kings for their irresponsible behaviour. Delay in acknowledgement of verbal commitments and false commitments on behalf of customers. Upon frequent follow-ups the only response to queries was we are not updated yet. After 1 month, we are informed that the Head office has offered assistance with charges to be bourned by customer. The intermediate officer of Cox and kings confirms to the charges without our consent / even confirming with us. Was this information helpful? | |
