[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — making gala dinner charges @ rs 5000? mandatory | |||||
I booked pleasure trip for my family through cox and king 'andaman delight' on 15th september 2017. Date of journey is 23rd december 2017 & they charged @rs 43000/ each approx. For 3 passenger. Booking id: 844705 At the time of booking they never mentioned that gala dinner of 24th dec night is mandatory. Once all the payment is made they sent the 'travel voucher' on 19th december where in they are making it mandatory and unless i pay they amount hotel will not provide the room key.
