[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — old passports misplaced by cox & kings staff in bhubaneshwar
My parents dr raghunath pradhan and mrs binodini pradhan booked a holiday package for malasia, thailand and singapore travel (14th jan to 23rd jan 2019). Their old passports alongwith new passports were submitted to mr bisoi ([protected]) of bhubaneswar cox and kings for visa purpose. He has not returned their old passports yet.
Cox & kings staff are unable to locate the passports.
