[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — refund amount | |||
Hi team, I am writing this email with utmost regret after being associated as a client with cox & kings from past few years. The experience with "cox and king" has totally gone bizarre, and it had turned out the worst. Last year we have booked the group tour for "highlights o[censored]k - summer 2019" and have paid advance 2, 50, 000 /- and now all of a sudden the team has canceled the tour just a month before our travel is scheduled. Is this a way you guys handle customer experience? The team dealing with this have been found playing around in circles from past few months with us first, by not providing us the exact clarity of dates and tour and now cancelling the tour without the prior notice. These type of behavior is highly unacceptable and shows unprofessional approach towards handling customers. Its is really hapless that we connected with such a worst travel agency. I would like to have all my money refunded within 2-3 days along with the interest applicable. Else we would be filing a complaint against the company for the loss of money and the time we wasted on such a team of #.
