[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — refund not received after cancellation of tour by company | |||
This is regarding booking id 1067892. Booked the american glimpse - east coast (Summer 2019) date of start 01-april-2019. Final payment was made on 5th march 2019. Tour cancelled by cox & kings after giving ‘assured departure’. Requested for full refund of money as tour was cancelled by company after giving assured departure. Centre for booking is andheri, mumbai 400059. Two representatives dhara chitrodha and fagun joshi were helpful in booking but they are hostile now and not responding properly when asked about refund. Money is stuck with company the whole visit to usa is in jeopardy! Help! Hoping for reply and refund soon!! Moreover the tour was for my senior citizen parents a dream crushed!!
