[Resolved]  Cox & Kings India — refund process not initiated

Sir we had paid initial amount of 80000/- for our europe trip on january 1st week. We have decided to cancel the trip and asked the cox and kings personnel to send us the cancellation email and the expenses occurred for the cancellation. It has been past 1 week still there is no communication from their end. None answers our call when we try to communicate. Pls resolve it asap.
