We have been in talks for a US trip and it is taking ages for your team to formally mail the final itinerary even after verbal confirmation and deposit of 30% advance (approx). They are asking for full payment to even disclose the final itinerary . Also We are asking for a time commitment for providing the tickets and booking receipts/confirmations, but they insist on full payment citing company policy Was this information helpful? | |||
