[Resolved]  Cox & Kings India — trip cancelled but booking amount not refunded

I had paid a booking amount of rs 2, 80, 000 to m/s cox and kings for enchanting europe tour departing kolkata on 30th october 2019. The coordinator on behalf of cox and kings, kolkata office for me was mr niladri sekhar dey

It is understood from cox and kings call centre and website that the said tour has been cancelled by you but no communication regarding the trip cancellation has been received from them till date.

They are yet to refund me the amount of rs 280000 till date
