[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — Voyage of asia tour package | |||||
I booked voyage of asia tour package for my parents. Right from day one there were problems, 2days after booking i was asked for surchage as apparently suddenly airfare (Which a travel company was not aware off) had gone up.. Different figures were quoted 3478 initially on my protesting they raised the surcharge to 5000 pp and agreed to pay 50% of cost A few days later they come back and say we (C&k) have provided you wrong costing! Facts 1) most organization have software packages, manual error is limited 2) checks in place should have been valudated by supervisor/accounts 3) i along with my family paid an in person visit to their office, this error was not caught then 4) all mails were copied to multiple people none of whom caught this error earlier Imho they either have a kast minute group booking or being vindictive Completely unprofession behaviour, hidden costs, delibrate advertising at low price unethical practice I and my family have travelled extensively...
