On 11th September 2015, we had installed the CPPLUS HD CCTV SECURITY SYSTEMS at our below mentioned premises through your Authorized Distributor Mr. Rajeev Sharma of M/s National Security Services, 252 – B / 1 2nd Floor, Shahpur jat. Opp. Panchsheel Shopping Centre, New Delhi – 110049 (Tel.[protected], Mob. +91-[protected], email: [protected]@yahoo.co.in).
Regret to inform you that, within a week’s time after the installation one of the Cameras became non-functional. After repeated request, the camera had been replaced with another one after a week’s time. The replaced camera was also not functioning properly, which was already informed to them.
Now, another camera is also malfunctioning - Flickering frequently – blinking and flipping the colour from ‘colour to Black & white’ and vice versa. This problem has been reported to them almost 10 days ago. I am attaching herewith a copy of the ‘Whatsapp chat’ with Mr. Rajiv Sharma. Despite repeated reminders they never bothered to attend the complaint yet.
Meanwhile, we came to know that the cameras installed at our premises are from the rejected lot of consignment. Was this information helpful? |
