This is to inform a grievance regarding cancellation of cpp card protection scheme.
I have recieved a call from executive regarding activation of plan. I asked her for assistance in malayalam language. She denied it and continued the call in english forced me to say yes.. Yes for all the questions. I thought that the call is from bank and its a usual procedure from bank for card activation. But onaccount of the debit of rs2499 in the name of this, i have contacted bank dealer who requested for cancellation the same day itself. The request for card cancellation forwarded in about 5 days of activation. Now cpp executive calls me and said they received the request very recently and i am eligible only for half refund. I am not satisfied with that as i have not made any delay in cancellation request. Also when i am requested for malayalam language on scheme activation call you denied it. Then how you are become able to speak to me in malayalam during cancellation call? This is pure fraud, ans as an indian customer i have every right to move legally (Consumer protection act, 2018) against the firm and file a public interest litigation against your public dealings. Also every bank transactions and dealings must be transparent and inlcusive. You are violated it by denying my 'freedom to hear in my language'. I need full refund of rs 2499 along with refund of annual fee 500rs... Other wise i will deal it legally. Expecting a reasonable reply
